Much of what we do involves corporate identity -- developing the style, perception and persona of a company.  We work with you to determine how you wish people to perceive your company or organization.  We then develop the elements to support this: graphics, voice, style and design, content, and presentation.  We then craft the  materials to support your identity, such as Web sites, brochures, business cards, direct mail programs and signage.

A leading example of our work is Yankee Artifacts.  We provided the corporate name, developed the character of "the Old Yankee", created the Yankee Artifacts logo,  designed the Web site (with special focus on the character of the site), and obtained the domain registration, Web hosting and email services.  The Web site is intended to be a catalog for a constantly changing inventory, so we provided training in Web development enabling the owner of the company to do catalog maintenance and daily updates.  We continue to work with Yankee Artifacts on business planning and implementing the systems and procedures for running an efficient online business.

Our experience has shown that, especially for small companies, developing a corporate identity quickly merges with business planning.  We have substantial experience with business planning, and can help with everything from identifying goals and objects to developing a complete business plan.

Web Design The mechanical steps to produce a Web site have become quite simple.  Today, even an ordinary word processor can be used to create a Web site.  This means that the design and content of the site have become critical.  A Web designer will design and implement the overall site, including look and feel, navigation, and content.  While hard to quantify, the character or identity of a site is increasingly vital in getting and keeping attention.
